Responsible for own vehicle, fuel, and insurance ($100K/$300K/$50K, if require).
90-day probation with performance-based reviews.
Two-week noticed required; otherwise, final check is forfeited.
Fuel advances deducted from pay.

Only essential data collected and securely stored.
HIPPA-compliant for medical deliveries.

Safety & Compliance

OSHA, HIPAA, BBP certified.
Drivers must follow all safety and traffic law
Drivers must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Fines will be issued for packages that cannot be located due to negligence.

Payments

Same day
Net 15 terms vary; late fees will be applied.
Disputes must be reported within 7 days of service.

Cancellations/Refunds

24-hour cancellation notice required for our courier service.
Refunds for service failures with proof provided within 5 days of service.
